Caroline Trant is the bridge between Ensemble’s technical engine and its capital partners. Across Ensemble’s platform services, fund investment opportunities, and co-investments, Caroline equips limited partners with the context, clarity, and access they need to stay closely aligned with the firm’s strategy and technical edge.

Before joining Ensemble, Caroline partnered with institutional investors and consultants across Vista Equity Partners’ enterprise software-focused private equity platform. Before Vista, she curated private investment deal flow for J.P. Morgan’s institutional family office clients globally.

Caroline spent the last 8 years in New York City before moving to Chicago with her husband to be closer to family.
